What or where do I need to look to find a good diet plan. (Books…web sites)?
I am over weight and trying to find a plan that is easy to stick to. I went on a low calorie diet back last September and lost 18 pounds but have since gained about 10 pounds back plus I never reached my goal.
I feel fat all of the time and I’ve come to the conclusion that diet pills are equil to trying to take the easy way out but diet pill haven’t worked either.
I want a easy healthy way to eat and easy foods to prepare. I’m tired of thinking about what and when my next meal will be…. I have even thought about hypnosis… any suggestions at all would be appreciated!
I have started last week with going to the gym and doing 1 hour of cardio excercises on Mondays, Wendensdays & Fridays and then on Tuesdays, Thursdays and on the weekends I walk my dogs around our 6 acres. I know it doesn’t sound like a lot of excercise but I feel like I need to keep adding things each week like resistance training for example.

i am also over weight and so far ive lost 7 pounds but using a cookbook by weightwatchers, its been VERY helpful, i am a VERY picky eater lol and i do like allot allot of stuff in there.
like hamburgers, homemade pizza, fries, shrimp, cake, spaghetti, etc.
and its REALLY yummy, easy to cook too!(:
p.s.- ive lost 7 pounds in 3 weeks or less, around there.
