I am over weight and trying to find a plan that is easy to stick to. I went on a low calorie diet back last September and lost 18 pounds but have since gained about 10 pounds back plus I never reached my goal.

I feel fat all of the time and I’ve come to the conclusion that diet pills are equil to trying to take the easy way out but diet pill haven’t worked either.

I want a easy healthy way to eat and easy foods to prepare. I’m tired of thinking about what and when my next meal will be…. I have even thought about hypnosis… any suggestions at all would be appreciated!
I have started last week with going to the gym and doing 1 hour of cardio excercises on Mondays, Wendensdays & Fridays and then on Tuesdays, Thursdays and on the weekends I walk my dogs around our 6 acres. I know it doesn’t sound like a lot of excercise but I feel like I need to keep adding things each week like resistance training for example.
