I consider anxiety a warning sign of something which needs to be looked at. If there isn't any connection to something in your life, then try reading about EFT. It works and will help you cure your own anxiety. I wouldn't do EFT unless you know your anxiety isn't connected to something you are unwilling to look at in your life. EFT involves retraining the mind to think of a situation without the triggering effect it would normally have. The end result is peace about the anxiety producing incidents.
