If there isn&#039;t any connection to something in your life, then try reading about EFT. It works and will help you cure your own anxiety.

I wouldn&#039;t do EFT unless you know your anxiety isn&#039;t connected to something you are unwilling to look at in your life.

EFT involves retraining the mind to think of a situation without the triggering effect it would normally have. The end result is peace about the anxiety producing incidents.

Hypnosis would work also however I prefer EFT because it requires one to think about what makes them anxious.

Sometimes anxiety is linked to a disease or condition and is not emotional or mental. This is something else to think about.</description>
