Ive tried the whole going to the gym and many diets and even u-weight lost but it seems I lack motivation because I always crack at one point and cheat on my diet or skip workout days ect….im running out of ideas here…help me please….I get cravings and often eat even if im not hungry because i like food, im not gonna lie. I know its a problem but i cant seem to get through it on my own, could hypnosis help?
i recently made the decision that i need to change the way i live my life. i am looking to go to hypnosis therapy to help me lose weight not alot only like 10-15 lbs. but more so to get healthy, motivated and have a healthy positive outlook on life. i have tried to discipline myself to get healthier but it only lasts a week or so….would hypnosis therapy or any sort of hypnosis work for me?
I saw an ad in my newspaper about a “Positive Change Hypnosis Clinic”, that helps you lose weight, quit smoking…etc. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this and what are their thoughts on it?
I am considering hypnosis to help me lose weight. I have found a reputable practice to use. I understand why I constantly eat now I just need help changing my actions. Did anyone try hypnosis to lose weight, or even for anything else? Did it work? What was your experience like?
Hypnosis conjures up images of a bearded man with piercing black eyes and a mesmerizing deep voice swinging a pendulum back and forth, chanting, “You are getting very sleeeeepy.” Hypnosis is terribly misunderstood and the only exposure to hypnosis most people will ever have is a Las Vegas stage show. But stage hypnosis for entertainment and hypnotherapy for behavior change are completely different animals. Could “real” hypnotherapy help you get leaner?
I’ve wondered the same thing myself for decades, since I first started bodybuilding.
Would it work for ‘tic-like’ behaviors such as constant, tuneless humming, or chewing ice?
The Think & Lose program says: listen to a tape once and your subconscious mind will no longer crave sugary, unhealthy foods, but will crave healthy foods instead, and you’ll feel full and satisfied halfway through a meal you would normally finish. This allows you to lose pounds of excess weight and keep it off for good. I was wondering if this was really a scam or if this really does help you using hypnosis. I would prefer answers from those who’ve tried the product, but all help is welcome.

The diet industry is enormous; billions of dollars are spent and made every year. Anything that even remotely target a piece of the weight loss market can bring considerable wealth to those who are determined to cash in on it. There are so many different diets and weight-loss programs on the market at the moment that it is extremely difficult for somebody who has little or no knowledge of good nutrition to know where to turn to when they want to lose weight.Which diet will work? Which book should you read? Where can you get more information?
