it looks like a self hypnosis video. telling you to watch a dot, or eye, or some small object. and that object moves around the screen. for a couple minutes it looks like its working. then it reaches the center, gets small, turns into another object, same size, then BWAH! scares you. i love that video, used it on my classmates all the time

I don’t really know if it is hypnosis, but I am having a very hard time with girls and this video could help me greatly. I have always been scared of any hypnosis type things.

I have watched the whole video and he didn’t say anything bad like “kill yourself” etc. But I am worried that it could somehow like change or revamp by whole personality other than just destroy my approach anxiety. Does this have the power to do that, or am I just paranoid about hypnosis?

Where can I get free hypnosis resource like MP3 and video, a discussion group, forum, site or a forum maybe?

Youtube has a video that supposedly makes you feel high. I looked at it expecting it to be stupid, but it had a strange effect? is this bad?
