and how long were you a smoker?
well I dont have depression and would not feel comfortable using something that will play with my brain like that because one of the side effects helps stop smoking…if im going to “use” something it would be patches or gum.

You have always wanted to lose weight, but have not been able to keep focusing. You find your mind getting diverted from your weight loss goal. However, now there are modern methods like NLP and hypnosis, which can help you out in natural development of your mindset towards the accomplishment of having a slim and controlled body which you had always dreamed of.
NLP is a practice of self-improvement. It is used as an aid for working with the perplexities such as learning disorder, specific phobias, and the feeling of depression. The procedures used in NLP commence from a kind of hypnosis. In gist, NLP composes all the mechanisms for your body, spirit, and mind NLP also affirms that you develop a positive attitude towards life. The learning depends on the perspective of people. You will create bigger difficulties for yourself in the end since you may be unable to move beyond the present and see what you have been cultured with.

I’m looking for people who have gone through these. I just wanted to know if any of these treatments helped relieve fears, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, or depression.
I am on meds but still having a hard time. I can’t enjoy any aspect of life right now because of my anxiety. So if any one has experience with these treatments, please let me know!
(Also, how expensive can it get without insurance?)

I’ve heard of insomnia drugs prescribed by a hypnotherapist, but would a specialist ever consider using a drug to help a patient get deeper into their subconscious during a one on one session? If so, what kinds?
