i have been trying some pills, they affect me really bad. they made me extremly aggressive and it was scary so i was wondering about these other methods.

I have a couple of self hypnosis tapes by Erick Brown, has anyone else used these or others, and how did you get on with them? I tried to do it one night and managed to get very relaxed but then I got scared and nearly had a panic attack. (Also as I do suffer from panic attacks, should I be using self hypnosis tapes?)

Anyway any information would be really appreciated.

My fear of flying began 3 years ago on a flight to Toronto during a bout of clear air turbulance since then I have been afraid to fly The one time I did it to Vegas I had panic attacks. I have tried the fast phobia tecnique in Neuro linguistic programming and self hypnosis I have also seen a hypnotist but I am still afraid can anyone help me with ant tecniques

i recently made the decision that i need to change the way i live my life. i am looking to go to hypnosis therapy to help me lose weight not alot only like 10-15 lbs. but more so to get healthy, motivated and have a healthy positive outlook on life. i have tried to discipline myself to get healthier but it only lasts a week or so….would hypnosis therapy or any sort of hypnosis work for me?
