I’d like to learn the art of hypnosis, just as a fun thing. I understand that while science has provided evidence towards hypnosis actually working, you can’t make someone do something they wouldn’t normally do while fully aware of their actions.
Anyways, just for fun, how do you get someone into a state of hypnosis, and what are some simple things that you could likely get them to do?

typical mind-control secrets are:

SECRET #11: How to use the tone of your voice to gain control of someone’s mind.
SECRET #23: How to create mind blanks to easily slip in your hypnosis commands and no one will ever notice.
For whatever reason, individuals use mind-control secrets to ruin the project.

I’ve been struggling with weight loss and depression the past 2 1/2 years. The depression is because of my not being able to lose weight. I’m really not that big, in fact some people might call me thin. I don’t know. But I really can’t wear anything that I think looks good on me and blah blah blah.. Anyways, I was wondering if there was some sort of doctor I can go to that can give me a diet or exercise type of plan..? Or if they can help me in any way possible. I was going to go to Positive Changes Hypnosis Center, but it’s just too expensive..
I’m a 14 year old girl.

If you know, can you please tell me a way I can lose a little weight, not too much, I’m not that fat, but I don’t have time for exercises. I even tried diets, but they had no effect. I tried with hypnosis: I was telling myself not to eat so much, but it didn’t work, because that’s not the problem. The problem is that every little thing I eat, and I mean relly every thing I eat, for example: If I eat just a sandwich, i’m getting fat.(I’m not kidding), and I have to eat something!
Please listen to me! All I want is to have A FLAT ABDOMEN and to stay like that forever! So please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, if you know any way I can lose some weight without doctor, exercises or diets, please tell me!!!!!!!!!!
And if it matters, I’m 13.
But my abdomen has 29 inches!!! And it’s suppose to be 13!

Donât make a time table to losing weight because believe it or not you can really lose weight much faster than you think. Losing weight fast depends on several factors. It is about leading a healthy life style rather than doing some exercise for a certain time period.
Not making a time table for losing weight does not mean that you donât have to make any plan. Planning is very important if you want to make quick gains. You canât lose weight by doing or not doing few things. You have to take a very wholesome approach for losing weight fast.

I lost a case file about two weeks ago. I know it’s somewhere in my house, but I can’t find it. Is there some sort of hypnosis or weird listen-to-this-tape-while-you-sleep type things that can help me remember where I put it?
