Recently I did hypnosis to contact my spirit guide, I did the breathing, became relaxed and followed the visualization the hypnosis gave me. I was sitting on a bench and asked my spirit guide to come to me. I did have someone appear that identified herself as mary beth and gave me great advice. But how do I know that my imagination didn’t make this up? Please share your experiences and how you distinguish imagination from actual spiritual contact.
Sonny, I am not a Christian, I am Wiccan. I’m not saying that in a bad way, I have nothing against Christians or anybody elses religious preference and I appreciate your input. Thank you for your opinion but personally I do not believe the spirits I have contacted are evil at all, not saying that can’t happen. I believe in good and bad spirits, just like there are good and bad people, afterall were spirits ourselves. The spirit guide I spoke with gave me wonderful advice and a sense of hope that someone is with me while I battle an extreme case of Panic Disorder with Agoraphobia. I like to think of the Spirit Guide as an angel. I just don’t know if while I was under hypnosis this was something I concocted.

Hello I’d like to experience deep hypnosis, I’m looking for an audio program where a hypnotist guides the listener into a deep state of hypnosis (verbal guidance, not just music or sounds). I don’t have any problem I want to address, just want the hypnotic induction and deepening, but I’d get one for smoking or weight loss if the induction and deepening are good and just not listen to the rest. Thanks.

Self-hypnosis is a technique designed to allow patients to continue therapy in an independent manner, entering in a state of hypnosis due to his or her own suggestions. In our daily lives, we pass through different states of auto-hypnotic consciousness, of meditation or intense concentration, or on the contrary, the total lack of attention.
You can sit in an armchair or lie on a bed, but it is important to feel comfortably during self-hypnosis.
Step 1. Sitting, keep your head straight and look in the distance in front of you. Your body must be in a relaxed position. If you are stretched, your head must lie in a comfortable position; you must feel comfortable, without any tension in your neck area. Look above yourself in the ceiling, but without a specific location.

i have a custom track. none of that bullcrap. its only 10 min long and by the time its done my body is fully numb, including my facial muscles. i feel so damn relaxed. it also goes by much faster. but i am still consciously aware of my surroundings. like it does relax and calm down my conscious, but i am still aware during the tape. from what i heard, hypnosis is when you are not consciously aware of anything. can any one please comment on this? i imagine that if i continue to listening to it, eventually my conscious will really cool down.
btw this is sort of off – topic, but 3x in my life when i was trying to sleep, my body all of a sudden felt like i couldn’t control it, i can’t really explain it, but it felt scary. my mind was totally awake, but my body was dead. i had to try really hard to get my body out of that lock mode or w/e. it wasn’t sleep paralysis, i dont know what it was, could it of been some deep trance?

A year or so ago i found a track that guided me through the whole physical relaxation (psychologically). Where you start with your feet and work your way up in your mind, relaxing your body. I cant seem to find where i put this track. It was on a free site and had some waves in the background.
I know alot of these are answered with “go to this site and but this, its the best ever” That is NOT what i want.

Okay. I know that I should just try to deal with it instead of trying to forget. And that if needed, I should get help from a therapist. But that’s not the question im asking. So please. Dont want to be rude, but if thats your answer, then dont even bother. My mind’s not going to be changed, and neither is my decision. All I need is a self- hypnosis script on how to forget what I mentioned in the above question. Please. That is all I ask.

I’m so scared to do this, but I really want to. I’m scared out of my brain! I don’t know if I’m actually prepared to know my past life, but I feel like it will help me overcome a fear I have now, and I feel like I really need to do this. I want to do it myself. So I want to do self-hypnosis or self-hypnotherapy. (not quite sure what the second one really is…but ok!) Can you give me websites to do it myself without having to buy a book or a cd, anything like that. and tell me if you’ve done it, and if you were prepared. did is scare you? Please, I need to know this stuff. You can e-mail me if it helps as well. some stuff you dont want being so public and I understand that. thanks so much for your help I really appreciate it!

I have just downloaded wendi’s self-hypnosis for Ultimate Confidence.
Do these techniques really claim to give what they promise? or is hypnosis just a way just to make you feel good at that moment?
Has anyone from Y answers undergone such sessions and experienced a positive change?
Thanks in advance or all your replies…
