I’ve had chronic neck and back pain for three years. I heard that self hypnosis can temporarily relieve the pain. Plus when I meditate I have a hard time breaking free from the thoughts about the pain.
I was wondering if you guys had any tips on how to self hypno the pain away? Any techniques? Thanks

I was in what at first seemed to be Phoenix Arizona. Where I had attended my freshman year of high school. Then it appeared to turn into ancient Rome. I was wondering through a large campus lost. Suddenly I found myself in a classroom and they were speaking in a language I did not understand. Upon awaking I was a bit confused and befuddled. Give me a handle on this if you can, please?
