No thanks to the increasing attention and importance given to weight and physical appearance, coupled with the shift towards a more sedentary lifestyle, a lot of people, especially young girls, have developed eating disorders. And these disorders are endangering their health and putting their lives at risk.
Eating disorders come in many forms. In some, it manifests in the need to eat excessively, which is called compulsive over-eating. In some, it veers toward the opposite, which is excessive restriction of food in the hopes of losing weight or trimming their bodies down to the size of skinny supermodels. Some girls eat normally, but this is then followed by guilt at eating what they feel is too much, so they purge it out. Some, however, purge after an intense session of binging.

It has been said that the Ericksonian-Elman Induction is the most effective self-hypnosis technique. Despite this statement being subject to arguments, it is better if you can have a complete understanding of why its being claimed so and what hypnosis is. By doing so, you can be aware of the factors behind why Elman type is far superior than the rest.
Interestingly though, despite the popularity of the word hypnosis, most people aren’t really aware of the do’s and dont’s of hypnosis. The vast majority of us have this opinion that it’s nothing more than getting an unsuspecting person to doing an act against his will. In addition, it’s also an act that numerous magicians on stage can;t do without in every performance—something that brings more misinformation or provides incomplete truths to the general public.But the truth of the matter is, hypnosis is way above entertainment.
