I’m very interested in hypnosis. Not for myself, I don’t want to be hypnotized, but I would like to see other people being hypnotized. Does anyone know of any sites where you can actually watch real footage of this, by a professional. I’ve already checked youtube and it’s all amateurs, I want the real deal. Thanks!

Hypnosis is a process where the hypnotist tries to converse with the thoughts in your subconscious mind. In this process, you are forced to follow the instruction given by the hypnotist to accept the suggestion, thoughts in your subconscious mind, which might be against your wish or will.

However, in conversational hypnosis that is not the case, you can make people believe on what you believe by hypnotizing them conversationally. There is no need to force any person to go to his subconscious state of mind by following commands. In conversational hypnosis you can attract people towards your thoughts mere by conversation.  One of the great hypnotist and psychotherapist, Milton Erickson has practiced and perfected the conversational hypnosis techniques and believe that in a day a person naturally slips into trance several times where he can speak to the subject’s subconscious mind and have a conversation.

Confidence hypnosis, as you can probably guess by its name, is focused on gaining the trust of any target audience to the point where they can be manipulated without outside awareness of the tactic.  This could be on a one-to-one basis, such as in an employee-employer exchange.  Or it could involve a much larger group of people in which the confidence hypnosis practitioner wishes to influence and dominate for his or her own gain.

One of the first questions my more humble students ask me is always related to if there is anything immoral about such an activity.  However I would like to reassure my readers that it’s not a tool (which confidence hypnosis is) that is harmful, but the person utilising that tool.  We all have a choice about how to use our skills and talents, and training in confidence hypnosis is just the same as any other.
