Does losing weight through hypnosis even work?

I really wanted to start losing weight with hypnosis. Does it even work? What are the best hyponis tapes to lose weight for teenagers? The only one I’ve heard of is Think and Lose, does that work? Is there a better hypnosis tape than this?

Does Hypnosis really work on losing weight?

I went to a hypnotist, and eveything he said sounds good, he even did a small hypnotism test on me, which i gotta admit worked on me eventho i dont want to amit it. I dont want to waste money on it, and it doesnt even work? Has anybody ever tried hypnosis to lose weight? Did it really work?

Okay how can I explain this, Its 4am where I live,I should be asleep, but for the last couple of days Ive been waking up in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. I dont need the toilet, or something to eat,or medication.
Ive been using a weightloss hypnosis tape and to be honest, I feel like my relationship with food is now very warped – Im eating between 800 – 1600 kcal a day,sometimes even less.
Should I stop using the tape?Or continue?
