Stop insomnia hypnosis is a viable approach to quit your insomniac habits. This approach uses the mind in a trance state as a vehicle to lull you into a restful sleep. Hypnotic exercises can be completed at your convenience and in the comfort of your own home. You don’t have to visit a hypnotherapist in person or go to a hypnotherapy clinic in order to achieve mind control.

Types of Insomnia

Insomnia can be classified as transient (short term), where a person has not been able to get any sleep from the last few days or weeks, intermittent (on and off) or acute.

Insomnia is the inability to sleep. If you struggle either to fall asleep or to stay asleep for at least a few hours, you are probably suffering from insomnia. The symptom of many sleep disorders, insomnia means you find it difficult to enjoy a good nightâs sleep and feel more or less permanently tired as a result. The good news if you suffer from insomnia, though, is that hypnosis can help ease and conquer insomnia.
There are two main types of insomnia: primary and secondary. Primary insomnia is caused by something understandable such as your lifestyle, bad habits or uncomfortable bed. Secondary insomnia, on the other hand, has a medical cause and problems such as depression, grief or alcohol abuse are at the root of the insomnia. It may be that you suffer from transient insomnia which lasts for no more than 2-3 days; short-term insomnia which lasts between 2 days and 3 weeks; or chronic insomnia which lasts for more than 3 weeks. Whatever type or length of insomnia you are experiencing, it can affect your enjoyment of life.

Do you crave and really need a decent nights sleep? Do you find yourself laying awake night after night in your hopeless attempts to get a sound amount of slumber? Do you find yourself nodding off in the day because you are not getting your 8 hours a night? If you are then you are probably suffering at the hands of insomnia. Insomnia is becoming increasingly common in our modern day lives as we work and play harder than any other generation before us. So if insomnia is your problem, then what can you do to rectify it? Is there a solution to your dilemma?
As a hypnotherapist I have helped countless numbers of people with insomnia over my career. In fact insomnia is one of those issues that we see a lot of in the clinic as it is very common – probably even more common than you could ever imagine. It affects people from many different socio-economic backgrounds as well as people of all ages and educational background. In fact given the right scenarios, I don’t think anyone would be immune. However once we have got into the routine of insomnia it is possible to escape and regain a solid sleeping pattern once again.

Insomnia is the condition that keeps people from getting valuable sleep each and every night. Sleep is more valuable than most people realize, as it not only helps you recharge your energy, but allows the body to heal from the day before. Without the proper sleep schedule, the body does not function at its most efficient level. Over the long term, this can lead to big time physical, mental, and emotional problems. Insomnia is something that most people feel that the have no control over. They usually want to sleep, but they have gotten so used to not being able to, that they just quit trying.
Some of the negative impacts of sleep deprivation and insomnia have been noted in studies over the years. Without the correct number of hours of sleep, a person’s chemical balance goes haywire. This can cause huge emotional problems and can cause large stress levels. Those things are never positive and can eventually lead to even greater physical problems. In addition, insomnia effects people who have early morning jobs. If you can’t sleep, there is no way you will be fresh when that shift rolls around in the morning. For those with families, not being able to sleep can create problems. Insomnia has been the cause of many divorces, so it is best to simply nip the problem before it becomes extremely serious.

Has anyone tried this? I have done a bunch of research and it seems legit for SAD, Insomnia, Circadian Rhythm Disorders, etc. According to an ‘assessment’ I have a delayed circadian rhythm.. no SAD or anything like that that I know of. It also says it may help with depression, moods, energy, etc.
Has anyone tried this and have positive results? It costs almost $300 so it isn’t cheap but well worth it if it does all it says. I was looking at Apollo Health devices.
I tried self hypnosis and valerian, melatonin, etc but I need to really fix the problem, not just mask it.
Thanks!

Do you go to bed around the time that everyone else is getting up? It may be cold comfort to know that you are among the 20 million Americans who endure insomnia. If dark circles, a groggy head and nights spent lying awake have become commonplace for you, a hypnosis insomnia program could bring the relief you long for.
No doubt you feel you’ve tried everything to fall asleep, including a stiff drink, over-the-counter-sleep aids or even highly addictive sleeping pills. All lead to the same end: You form a tolerance, your “sleep” isn’t restful and the next morning, you felt drugged and lethargic. Hypnotherapy for insomnia can bring safe, effective sleep with no side effects.
