Ok it was on youtube sometime ago but it was deleted for some reason and I can’t find the user who had it. It’s a voice of an older man I’m guessing and it gets deeper and deeper as it goes on and it starts a countdown from 100 to 0 in the middle or it. The voice just gets froggier and froggier kind of like the emperor in star wars hahaha. Please somebody help me find this!!! I remember the title having relaxation and hypnosis in it.
i believe i got Hypnotized,i was in like a deep sleep with my hypnosis therapist. but the next day it kinda wore off.it came back to my anxiety again.she said next time well go feather in deep hypnosis.
what do you think about this for anxiety? that was my second appointment should i continue to see improvements?
I have been an insomniac for 3 1/2 years now which has disrupted my daily activity and school work. i often only get 2-3 hours sleep a night. i will reveal my age by telling you im 15 to maybe help with the answer.
I have tried absolutely everything but nothing has ever worked.
I have tried physiotherapy, hypnosis, natural drugs, unnatural drugs (legal), milk before bed, going to bed extremely early (7:30pm), staying outside half an hour before bed, deep breathing, herbal teas, different types of food, not eating before bed, doing heaps of exercise, counselors, doctors, clinics, different beds in different rooms, not eating after dinner, not watching tv or playing electronic games, acupuncture, thinking as blankly as possible, not swimming near bed time and getting massages before bed.

Recently I did hypnosis to contact my spirit guide, I did the breathing, became relaxed and followed the visualization the hypnosis gave me. I was sitting on a bench and asked my spirit guide to come to me. I did have someone appear that identified herself as mary beth and gave me great advice. But how do I know that my imagination didn’t make this up? Please share your experiences and how you distinguish imagination from actual spiritual contact.
Sonny, I am not a Christian, I am Wiccan. I’m not saying that in a bad way, I have nothing against Christians or anybody elses religious preference and I appreciate your input. Thank you for your opinion but personally I do not believe the spirits I have contacted are evil at all, not saying that can’t happen. I believe in good and bad spirits, just like there are good and bad people, afterall were spirits ourselves. The spirit guide I spoke with gave me wonderful advice and a sense of hope that someone is with me while I battle an extreme case of Panic Disorder with Agoraphobia. I like to think of the Spirit Guide as an angel. I just don’t know if while I was under hypnosis this was something I concocted.
me search for upsetting memories or at least where my feelings are stemming from. he will hypnotise me and we want to know a good route of questioning, etc to follow. he has hypnotised me before,long ago, for fun and we are wanting to do it for a specific purpose.
ive been playing video games and handball for a very long time now and have been very good at them. I used to be semi pro at every FPS i played including halo,counterstrike,call of duty, unreal tournament, tribes 2, etc etc but suddenly i stopped playing as good as i used to and now i cant get any better. It seems that no matter how hard i try, i can’t get any better at anything i do, i play handball and im stuck at this one level, i make mistakes that i never used to make and my instinctual reaction time isn’t what it used to be. I used to know where to move and when to move for both video games and sports. This instinct guided me through social events as well but i don’t possess that instinct anymore, atleast i feel. This all happened when i stopped working out and once i lost a certain amount of muscle mass it seems like my body and mind changed. Now i don’t go to the bathroom as much, i can’t hold my piss in as long as i used to, my lungs can’t support as much smoke as they used to (for cigarettes and weed) and i just overall have less endurance. I tried going to neurologist but he said everything but my memory was fine, but i didnt feel that way. I believe this has somethign to do with my bowels. Now when i eat i shit out the same amount every time and i only shit once a day even if i eat more then i normally do. Its like my biological clock is off or im stuck in homeostasis. Thats another thing, i can go over 3 days without eating and not lose any weight , i ahve a fast metabolism and ive never been fat in my life but i used to beable to lose weight if istopped eating as much or stopped working out for a bit. So could a hypnotist help find what im missing, the gift i was given that helped me throughout my life, or is it gone for good. Am i going to be this way forever? It seems my mind is always in the same state of mind and like im at my maximum 24/7. I also used to be able to fall asleep during the day after school but now after i sleep for 10 hours i can’t fall back asleep until the time i fell asleep the other night. If i try to go to bed any earlier i just won’t fall asleep even if i did strainous activities. WHAT COULD I DO
