There is no such thing as hypnosis. This is a proven fact. For instance, if you see someone become so rigid that they can be balanced with their head on one chair and their feet on another, and someone else can sit on them, it is perfectly normal. Hypnosis doesn’t exist. Conversational hypnosis doesn’t exist either. At this point you might be shaking your head a bit.
Milton Erikson and other well-known hypnotists used no swinging watches or blinking lights when they “hypnotized” people. They merely chatted. When he was called before the medical board for malpractice (he was using hypnosis, which of course, does not exist), after dismissing the case, the doctors on the review panel said they felt a bit woozy during the meeting, but they attributed it to having just eaten a big lunch.

Until I reached a certain level in my own personal development, I never paid much attention to the educational work that has been done on hypnosis. It dawned on me that one of my biggest obstacles was how much influence I had on my own interactions with others. I wanted to change that, and so I started working with conversational hypnosis.
I discovered that this technique would let me persuade people to see my point of view every day. Some may call this manipulation, but I think of it as a more powerful form of communication. How many of us have spent literally years hitting people over the head (figuratively, of course! trying to get them to agree with us?

Conversational hypnosis is a very simple art and I will explain why. Everything that you will read in this article will show you how easy it can be and will basically give away the summation of the secrets of conversational hypnosis. To become a master at it, what you need to do is simple have control over your emotions. The only thing that prevents you, as an individual, from having control over a situation is that your fears or emotions defeat you and prevent you from having control. By allowing fear and emotion into your life, you suppress your manifestation energy and allow other dominating energy to influence you. Some people are protected though, through fear, and because of this, no one can influence them. The power of fearlessness is the power of God. With the power of God, or the force, as some people would like to call it, you can master any situation.

Remember the scene in Star Wars where Obi Wan Kenobi simply looks into the guard’s eyes and persuades him that the three people he is looking for are not the three standing right in front of him even though they are. Can you imagine having an influence like that over other people?
Conversational hypnosis suggests it is possible.

There is a technique to give hypnotic suggestions during a natural conversation called conversational hypnosis. It differs from conventional hypnotism where the person to be hypnotized is lying on a sofa focusing on the hypnotist because this technique has the hypnotist and client simply chatting in a very casual manner. Even with how different the interaction is, this technique is very effective when used with various situations and traumas in someone’s life.
