Question by Ahmad and malookie: has anyone ever got cured from hypnosis for anxiety or cbt 100 percent?
i would like to do hypnosis for my panic disorder and GAD but was wondering if it would even cure it. aldo will Cognitive behavioral therapy work for me if the panic away stuff didn’t work for me . i feel hopeless please no ask your docter or phystrits. i have had this for 3 years i cant go on meds beacsue i dont want to relie on them.
