ok im making my own hypnosis tape and i want to increase my iq(please don’t say it’s not going to work because i’ll find out about that tomorow myself) so what exactly do i say in the tape over and over, like do i say “my iq is increased” or “my iq will be increased”? Do any of you have any suggestions on what i should say?
