Imagine having such power that people readily accept your ideas. Get them to understand that your path for them is the best way. Through well-designed techniques and strategies, you can be in control of your own life though casual conversation without the other person every suspecting! Conversational Hypnosis is also known as The Art of Persuasion. It is meant to deliver the ethos, the character of the speaker; the logos, the logic of the argument, and pathos, the emotions of the audience in such a way that the subject is unaware that any control has taken place. There are three basic strategies that are used during Conversational Hypnosis-Rapport, Confusion, and Suggestion.

The first thing to establish is rapport. Obviously, if a connection can’t be made, then moving to the next level would be impossible. Now, introduce your ideas and tactics. During the conversation, it’s important that suggestions aren’t made that would go against the other person’s inherent character or basic set of core values. Since you’re presenting new facts and information, it’s most likely that there will be no disbelief, or critical factor at this point. Don’t forget to connect with the subject on an emotional level as well. Next, confuse the issue. Encourage resistance, and suggest that the subject to do more of something that isn’t working. This forces them to suggest solution of their own, or at least begin to develop an idea that one might possibly exist. Finally, this is where the power of suggestion comes to play. By using keywords such as now, relax, let yourself, the subject will see the importance of accepting your suggestion. Remember to avoid any negatives as this will interfere with the desired outcome of suggestion.

When an expert/teacher presents new information, the subconscious of the listener is easily bypassed. Since new information is being received, rejection will not be a problem since there is nothing to challenge it with. It is the nature of humans to be extremely accepting of new information and facts as truth. Rarely, do they enact critical thinking skills or question the validity of information when first received. By combining your message with carefully constructed body language and voice intonations, the subconscious of the other person will come tumbling down. All control will belong to you.
