Need conversational hypnosis help?

I am trying to pick up on some hypnosis too make everyday life slightly more bearable. is there anybody out there kind of enought to give me some tips in this feild of hypnosis.

WHY DO YOU NEED HYPNOSIS TO MAKE TO MAKE LIFE MORE BEARABLE ONLY THING YOU NEED TO DO FOR THAT IS CHANGE YOUR LIFE TO THE WAY YOU LIKE IT. NO ONE SAID LIFE WAS EASY AND NO ONE SAID IT WOULD BE SO HARD EITHER BUT WE CAN MOLD IT TO HOW WE WANT IT TO BE IN ORDER TO LIVE IT AND NOT JUST EXIST IN IT

I used to wake-up feeling such darkness and despair. Then I made a recording that involved a simple hypnotic induction:
“Now relax deeper and deeper and we count from 5 down to 1.
“5 Letting go of all of your muscles from deep inside
“4 Just let go and drift deeper and deeper
“3 Feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper
“2 Relaxing your eyes deeper and deeper
“1 Letting go more and more.”
Then I recorded a series of words (each followed by 10 seconds of silence).
“Joy… Blissful… Cheerful… Delighted… Ecstatic… Effervescent… Elated… Enthusiastic… Euphoric… Exhilarated… Exuberant… Exultant… Glad… Happy… Jolly… Jovial… Joyful… Jubilant… Merry… Mirthful… Playful… Rapturous… Revelrous… Sparkling… Sunny.”
Then as I listened to the recording I would imagine (images/memories/symbols), sense (bodily sensations) and feel (in my chest as I breathed in) myself experiencing/feeling/inhabiting each word.
I would also loop the recording (and each time it began again the induction would take me deeper and deeper) and listen to it 4 or 5 times each morning as soon as I woke up. I also started to listen to it as I drifted off to sleep.
It took about 3 weeks before I noticed that the dark clouds were lifting and I was feeling much more positive.
