how safe is this, what are the negative consequences of hypnosis?

i found a hypnosis video on youtube, it lasts 30 minutes (on a playlist). it supposedly will make you blurt out what you were in past life. i was going to make my younger brother try it for fun (he’s 13) and he is totally up for it. i was wondering. is it safe for a kid to do this, even if it is just for fun. neither of us believe in this stuff, we just want to know what will happen, what we’ll end up saying. could this mess him up in any way????

The hypnotized person comes under the will and bidding of the hypnotizer. Our will is essentially neutralized and can be suggested to believe and do whatever is asked by the hypnotizer. Our control subjugated to the will of the hypnotizer can affect the mind as well as the body.

Not really. Is it safe to give a video or anyone control over your mind? It could possibly mess him up. There are no past lives, just this one. Ever wonder why people were always a princess or someone great in a past life and no one was ever a janitor? Because they’re making it up.
