has anyone tried hypnosis? What do you think about it? What happened; how did you feel? Has anyone tried it to lose weight?

No, but I’m really curious how well it works.
Yeah. It didn’t work for me or for my fiance, but it worked for some other friends of ours. No one I know has tried it for weight loss.
The best way to lose weight is hard work and a strong will, plus allowing yourself treats from time to time–if you don’t, then a) life is no fun and b) it is easier to crack!
I tried it when my ex boyfriend and I were sea king relationship counselling, I didn’t think it worked for me.

You bet, I was put under by a very good and well known Hypnotist. It was very interesting I barked like a dog for a week. I went back to complain and he put a mussel on me! He said he would see what he could do, and put me under again. When I woke up I no longer had the cravings for licking myself. I asked him to make me a dog again!!!!!

I does work. Hypnosis relaxs you, and it’s amazing how refreshed you feel after a session. i own about 6 hypnosis CDs. Give it a try. I recomend the Love Tapes (CDs now) by Bob (Robert) Griswold. He’s really cool, and he’s good!
i have had hypnosis for anxiety and it realy helped but you need to check them out first,so many just advertize,but not qualified
