I would try it in desperation.

For the time being most people get results from the wel established and time tested of 1. Diet 2. Cardio 3. Supplements.

I tried it. I went to a seminar on it, and there was a real guy giving it. However, in order for it to work, you need to buy the CD and other products to use at home every day. I honesty didnt find it worth it. I didnt buy the stuff, I didnt lose a pound, and I wasted $50.00 . You might want to try this. I’ve been doing this, and I’ve lost 10 lbs in 11 days, and I wasnt starving on it. I could actually eat. It costs $39.00, but it honestly works wonders. Best of luck to you.

Went to a seminar and got a CD did not work I seemed to obsess over food even more don’t waste your money just keep working out and drink lots of water you can do it

I tried it many years ago, it didnt work.
The Paul McKenna self hynosis CDs are good, my friend has been using the weight loss one and she’s been less inclined to pick eat since she’s been using it;
