I have been trying to lose weight for the past 4 years. I’m not considered fat. I’m on the verge of being fat. I’m 5’7′ 180 but I look like I weight 150, which is the weight I’m aiming for. It is so hard for me to get up and go to the gym. I also struggle with eating habits. High blood pressure and diabetes runs in my family and I don’t want either. I need help, do you think hypnosis will help me to stay focus and determined?
