So, i used to bite my nails a lot but i stopped for a while. now i just realized i was biting them again, also i am not even close to overweight but i do have a poor body image of myself. Hello I’d like to experience deep hypnosis, I’m looking for an audio program where a hypnotist guides the listener into a deep state of hypnosis (verbal guidance, not just music or sounds). I don’t have any problem I want to address, just want the hypnotic induction and deepening, but I’d get one for smoking or weight loss if the induction and deepening are good and just not listen to the rest.
