i bought a DVD workout yesterday named tamilee lose fat fast cardio workout & self hypnosis for accelerated weight loss i haven’t tried it yet but i just wanted to get other peoples opinions on this kind of thing. what do you guys think? does it work? or not?
okay guys this is not some crash diet its EXERCISE! and im eating healthy 5-6 small healthy meals a day like i was told to all i want to know is what you think of the self hypnosis and the cardio and what exercises you recommend not diet pills or diet teas! lol

i’ve been in to self-hypnosis for about 2 weeks now, maybe more, and I don’t really know if it is working all that good. Has anybody actually seen results from this?
