Many people have tried to hypnotize me,hypnotherapist, and professionals.
So in my opinion i do not think its true at all.Im not talking about no little shitty relaxation hypnosis,im talking about induction where im doing something that im not aware of,like i see on the tv.I dont even get tranced or nothing. All i get is a man swinging a clock looking like an idiot.Any help on this topic???
I try to close my eyes and be serious about it,and nothing is achievable. The closest i got to subconsciousness is lucid dreaming

For a large percentage of the world’s population, smokeless tobacco is something they have tried, if not something used regularly. Most people associate smokeless tobacco with sports stars, and incorrectly believe that it is a safe alternative to smoking. Unfortunately for them, this proves to be wrong, as smokeless tobacco has a range of harmful effects.

Hypnosis is a state in which conscious sleep is induced. The process of hypnosis involves a hypnotist and a subject (a person on whom Hypnosis is performed). The primary requirement for Hypnosis is it must be accepted by the subject. And then under the effect of Hypnosis, the subject is allegedly more recipient to suggestions and has greater access to his or her memories and emotions.
In a nutshell, hypnosis is sleep of the nervous system. So there is a decrease in the rate of respiration, decrease in blood circulation thus sluggish brain waves. Under the normal consciousness, the brain waves are at Beta wave level. However, with hypnosis, brain waves slow down to alpha waves than to theta waves. Delta waves are brain waves possible in children, & generally no adult can experience the slowing down to delta wave level.

The ones I’m thinking about are:
1. Acupuncture (back issues)
2. Chinese Herbs (multiple reasons)
3. Natural Foods
4. Yoga (Flexibility)
5. Hypnosis (For Relaxation and Cleansing my Mind)
I was wondering if you could comment on these.
My parents attest to Chinese herbs helping on minor health issues and acupuncture helping their back. Also, my mom attests to natural food giving her more energy. I had a friend try yoga and says it gives her more flexibility, though it hurts a lot. I have actually once been hypnotized into a very light trance and found it soothing, but was told that if I was hypnotized into a deep trance, I would experience greater relaxation and I could work on cleansing my mind.

A lot of people have been suffering from stress or anxiety recently, especially with the current economic environment, and they want to find a way to relax without spending too much of their time and money. Self hypnosis relaxation techniques are the answer to this dilemma. It can be performed easily with no cost at all.
First, you have to set aside at least thirty minutes and up to an hour of your time where you will be undisturbed. Then, look for a nice and clean place to relax and check if the room is set at a comfortable temperature. You may light a few candles with your preferred scent. Next, choose the most comfortable position for you, either you can sit down or lay down during the hypnosis procedure. Always make sure that you are not crossing your legs during the hypnosis relaxation process.
