anxiety/panic attack help please?

i cant get rid of my panic attacks. i have tried meds, yoga, exercise. relaxation, hypnosis. self help books, cd.s, going slow at what bothers me, natural things you name it i have tried it. nothing works. any new techniques out there i may have not tried. or that worked for you

FREE HYPNOSIS ! What would you use it for ?

Weight Loss ? Stop Smoking ? Confidence ? Fears ? Phobias ? Anxiety ? Stress ? Relaxation ?…….What else ?

it has to be free and online, but not the relaxation kind of hypnosis it has to be the one were you can make other people do things.

If you have a certain function coming up and you’re racking your brain, trying to come up with the perfect form of entertainment that will actually keep everyone’s attention, why not try stage hypnosis? There are many hypnotists that specialize in stage hypnosis. Their fees vary so you should search around to find a hypnotist that is within your price range. The result, however, will undoubtedly be a great time had by all. Just make sure that someone brings a video camera.

The best part of stage hypnosis is seeing the people you know being hypnotized. If you’ve never seen a stage hypnosis show before, it’s hilarious. The hypnotist will select a few people from an audience and will invite them to sit in a row of chairs that have been placed on stage. The hypnotist will then take the volunteers through the stage hypnosis steps until they are all in an entranced state. That’s when the fun begins.

Is self hypnosis a sin?

I saw some videos about self hypnosis on YouTube, and I thought it was pretty cool. So I tried three.
The first was one for relaxation. It somewhat worked. The second was another for relaxation, but didn’t work at all. The third was just for the heck of being hypnotized, but I’m not sure if it worked. Anyways, I am a very strong and faithful Catholic, and someone replied to one of my comments and told me that hypnosis is bad and opens your mind to evil. Is this true? If so, how do I know if any of them REALLY worked, and if they did, how do I reverse it?

Hard time attaining hypnosis state?

I’ve heard lots of stories about people doing great things with the mind and I believe it can be done – eliminating pain, attracting love, etc. So I’m not a skeptic.

However, I have tried self hypnosis from a book that good great reviews, have tried mental imagery from other people, but I just can’t get into that deep “trance” state. I can’t relax because I get an itch or a ton of off-the-wall things clouding my mind! I can’t stand this!

How can I benefit from hypnosis or even meditation, when I cannot get into a deep state of relaxation? How do I make myself get there?
