Calories In, Calories Out.
On a very simple level, weight loss can be equated strictly with the number of calories you put into your body and then subtract the amount of energy you expend in caloric value. You need to eat an amount that is less than what you burn in order to lose weight.
With that said there is a number of variables that will affect each individual’s weight loss as well.

i’m quite sceptical about the whole thing, because if it’s so easy and effective why i still see so many fat people around?

Can a person lose 70 pounds really fast using hypnosis?
I was asked this question from a high school student looking to lose weight for an upcoming cheerleader tryout. The tryout was in a couple of weeks. There are some very powerful responses that are available using hypnosis but there are physical and health issues at risk when looking to lose weight rapidly.
70 pounds is a significant amount of weight to lose, and unfortunately doing anything drastic to lose that amount of weight rapidly will result in horrible health consequences, as well as creating a problem with how you look due to sagging skin. So first off you need to know that a sensible consistent program for weight loss and weight management will be your best solution. This will probably not enable you to take off a significant amount of weight by Monday, but you will be on your way to getting to your proper weight so by this time next year you will not be in this situation.

Weight loss hypnosis CD’s indicate that you’ll effortlessly lose those unwelcome pounds.
What’s the truth? Can you really merely play a hypnosis track and watch all those extra pounds melt away?
If all you’re planning on doing is listening to the CD and next super sizing all your meals so the answer is ‘no’.

ive been playing video games and handball for a very long time now and have been very good at them. I used to be semi pro at every FPS i played including halo, counterstrike, call of duty, unreal tournament, tribes 2, etc etc but suddenly i stopped playing as good as i used to and now i cant get any better. It seems that no matter how hard i try, i can’t get any better at anything i do, i play handball and im stuck at this one level, i make mistakes that i never used to make and my instinctual reaction time isn’t what it used to be. I used to know where to move and when to move for both video games and sports. This instinct guided me through social events as well but i don’t possess that instinct anymore, atleast i feel. This all happened when i stopped working out and once i lost a certain amount of muscle mass it seems like my body and mind changed. Now i don’t go to the bathroom as much, i can’t hold my piss in as long as i used to, my lungs can’t support as much smoke as they used to (for cigarettes and weed) and i just overall have less endurance. I tried going to neurologist but he said everything but my memory was fine, but i didnt feel that way. I believe this has somethign to do with my bowels. Now when i eat i shit out the same amount every time and i only shit once a day even if i eat more then i normally do. Its like my biological clock is off or im stuck in homeostasis. Thats another thing, i can go over 3 days without eating and not lose any weight , i ahve a fast metabolism and ive never been fat in my life but i used to beable to lose weight if istopped eating as much or stopped working out for a bit. So could a hypnotist help find what im missing, the gift i was given that helped me throughout my life, or is it gone for good. Am i going to be this way forever? It seems my mind is always in the same state of mind and like im at my maximum 24/7. I also used to be able to fall asleep during the day after school but now after i sleep for 10 hours i can’t fall back asleep until the time i fell asleep the other night. If i try to go to bed any earlier i just won’t fall asleep even if i did strainous activities. WHAT COULD I DO

Why does hypnosis help with weight loss?
It’s becoming more and more common nowadays to turn to hypnosis when we want to achieve a goal. We may want to quit smoking, rid ourselves of phobias or lose weight – in all these cases hypnosis offers a proven and successful solution. So why does hypnosis work?

Recently my girlfriend has been through a diet and lost about 40 pounds. Of course she now feels better about herself and stuff. Problem is that since she has this “new body” we have been having problems making her climax. I mean even after 30 minutes still nothing.
I’m thinking she needs to get more comfortable with her body again. Should I try massages? Hypnosis?
Any advice is welcome!
Thank you!
Because I received unrelated and stupid answers before (I posted this question before) I will add that there was no problem with that before she lost weight.

I have been watching infomercials a lot lately and one such commercial caught my eye. Dan Manarino’s “Think and Lose” program seems to be too good to be true. It’s apparently a system of do-at-home hypnosis that makes you lose cravings for sweet and salty foods and the instill good food and energy habits in you to help you lose excess weight due to overeating and food cravings. I am wondering if there is anyone out there who has tried this product, and if so…. did it work….was it worth the money….. and so on….. or was it a complete joke….
