By using special techniques, self hypnosis software directly influences the mind with a neural process that mimics the actual electrical activity of the brain. When this activity is shifted, mental states that are conducive to your goals are generated. Thus, this new type of software will direct your mind to its most receptive state and create a proven brainwave pattern that makes the mind more receptive to suggestions. From this point, the possibilities are endless. You can use recorded suggestions, affirmations, any type of verbal guidance or hypnotic script. This type of approach will also enhance your ability to visualize and provide access to the most powerful and practical psychological techniques available.
In addition, brainwave stimulation alone can also have a huge affect on your mental state and behavior. Using a good software package, brainwave patterns can be used to help with specific problems. A common use is to help increase attention, focus and memory which has been extremely helpful for students or people with ADD. It is also used to reduce anxiety, blood pressure, addictions, insomnia and much more.

What time is it?
2:17AM
Move around: adjust the covers; hit the pillow.
It must be later!
“What time is it?”
2:21 AM
Not again! Uncontrollable thoughts are popping around in my head. Some time must have passed!

The image of someone tossing and turning all night, staring aimlessly at the ceiling and feeling groggy overall is not a pretty picture. Eye bags, sallow skin and a bad attitude are all quite unattractive as well. The bottom line is that there is nothing good that can be said about insomnia. In order to change all that, you have to find a way to feel calm and comfortable, enough to fall asleep and stay that way for the entire night.
Picture yourself lying in a field somewhere, full of fresh grass and a wide variety of beautiful flowers. On a sunny, summer day you make a bed on this pillowy site, and all you can think about is how good you feel. Feeling relaxed in the warmth of the sun, you inhale every bit of goodness that surrounds you, and it fills your whole body with an innocent pleasure. The aromas that you inhale make you feel twenty years younger, and you have never felt so calm in all of your life. You think to yourself that you could sleep right here for hours. Now why couldn’t you take this feeling into your bedroom permanently?

The consequences of smoking are well known. Heart disease, lung cancer, and emphysema are just three of the many possible diseases that smokers become more prone to due to the habit. Most do not smoke out of a desire to get diseases. People smoke because it is relaxing, it is social, and it is also, to a smoker, enjoyable.
Quitting smoking is, according to many, as difficult as quitting more serious illegal drugs. The nicotine is in the blood. Withdrawal can bring on the shakes, headaches, nervousness, and insomnia. Cravings are strong and come long after the initial quitting period. To have the strength to resist these feelings is the difficult part.

Facial tics are repetitive, brief, irregular twitches of the facial muscles. They are very varied, but the most usual ones are facial grimacing, eye blinking, nose wrinkling, mouth twitches, squinting along with grunting and throat clearing. Those tics are usually symptomatic of nervous disorders such as Tourette syndrome. They usually occur during childhood and often disappear within some weeks, even though some can last much longer.

Having been an insomniac for literally almost all of my life, I recently reached my rope’s end and decided that I was going to start sleeping normally or die trying. That may sound like an exaggeration but if you suffer from chronic sleeplessness you know that it often makes you feel like your life isn’t even worth living. You know what I’m talking about-nights full of dread and days full of forgetfulness, inexplicable mistakes, mood swings, and generally feeling like you’re falling apart.

Weight Loss Hypnosis – What is it?
Many of my clients often ask me, “Just what is hypnosis?”
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. It is also a process where the client and the therapist cooperate for the benefit of the client.
What does that mean?
