I’m currently wondering if a persons health be it mental or physical, or their living enviornments or they way they carry out life has anything to do with not being able to be hypnotized. I suffer from chronic fatigue here lately, as well as insomnia and would like to be able to turn to hypnosis for further help. The problem is I have listened to many online hypnosis tapes and even was fortunate enough to be a member from an audience to be hypnotized at a local county fair recently but to no avail. Ive tried relaxing and using headphones as well. The closest thing i have come to hypnosis is that while watching a video recently my body became very numb and tingly.

I’ve been suffering from insomnia since having to deal with several personal issues that all sprung up in the past two years. Someone recommended the use of “alpha rhythms”. ITs an ancient treatment subliminal sound that helps your brain relax. Anyway I found a hypnotherapist that utilizes this. I believe she is the only one. I download it and it helped me tremendously. Just FYI

Insomnia is a sleep disorder that is characterized by having difficulty falling asleep as well as difficulty staying asleep. Insomnia is a common problem, for some people it means experiencing an occasional sleepless night every now and then. Others have trouble getting enough adequate sleep almost every night.
The best solution to cure insomnia is to find the root cause and remove it. Of course, the problem is not always that easy. But if your insomnia is caused by your lifestyle, the best long-term solution is to change your lifestyle. In most cases, it is better to do one small change at a time, rather than trying to change everything at once. The latter approach is too ambitious for most people. Without fast results it is easy to get discouraged and give up. A healthier lifestyle has many more benefits than just improving your sleep.

Goals – Many of us will set goals, and then lose them. Take the New Year’s resolution as an example, every single year we set these goals, and by the end of January they have been forgotten. If we used hypnosis sessions then we could subliminally embed these goals in our subconscious mind, and we would therefore have a better chance at achieving them. Making changes in our lives is difficult, we are creatures of habit, but by using hypnotic suggestion we have a better chance of meeting our goals without even really thinking about it, at least on a conscious level.
