Is Covert Hypnosis Safe?

Covert Hypnosis can help you empower people to make your life better and make you have more control over your life.

A lot of people are using covert hypnosis to make their businesses more profitable. A guy I know is in real estate and really needed to sell a house.  He was very down from that, but then realized he could use covert hypnosis, after that he made many sales.

Covert Hypnosis: Time Distortion

Covert hypnosis is such a fascinating subject and after you’ve read this article, you’ll look back on right now and say to yourself: “Wow, this is so powerful and so simple, I can start using it instantly! I’m so grateful I went on and read this article immediately”. So, without further ado, let’s dive right into it…   In a hypnotic state, a subject can experience what’s called time distortion. Now, in hypnosis, time distortion is regarded as a person subjectively experiencing that a lot less or more time has passed than it has in reality.   So… if a person was induced in a trance and had an experience and it lasted half an hour, the subject might wake up and feel that the whole experience lasted only five minutes or alternatively he feels it lasted five hours. A related phenomenon happens when we dream…   Dreams actually last about five to ten minutes, but our subjective experiences are that they lasted for hours or days, in some cases even years (my own experience!).   But… in covert hypnosis, time distortion is usually regarded to in a different way.   When we say time distortion in covert hypnosis, we’re talking about a very sneaky and powerful tool to get people to experience in their mind what we want them to do and attach feelings to the experience so that they now want to do it in reality.   Don’t worry; I’ll explain everything below…   Let’s say we want a certain person to go to a party with us, but she doesn’t want to come, saying she wants to go to sleep.   You might say something like this: “OK, if you don’t want to go, I understand. But the party is really great. And if you go with us, you’ll have the time of our life! And tomorrow, when you wake up, you’ll still have these great feelings inside you and you’ll look back at this moment saying to yourself: ‘Going to this party was one of the best decisions of my life!’ Come on, it’ll be really fun”.   Chances are really high that she’ll go with you. I tested this many, many times on different occasions and it really works like magic.   Now, what do we need to make it work?    1.       We have to mentally and hypnotically take them forward in time.    2.       We have to give them a suggestion that they already experienced what we want them to do.    3.       We suggest that good (or bad) feelings are attached to it — depending on the situation    4.       We have them mentally look back on now, thinking to them selves that taking this action was one of the best things they’ve done recently (or in their life…) That’s it. It can be done like in the example above, or better, in conversation even before they stated their unwillingness to do whatever you want them to.   In a more advanced example, you might also want to talk about their objections or concerns and thus getting them to “already experience them and see that it’s not so bad, really”. People almost always blow things out of proportion. Having to sit down and read something for half an hour might be an in-accomplishable task in their mind.   You can address this issue (before they state it for maximal effect!) and immediately it will seem much less of a problem. Let’s say you’re selling a new software program and you know that your client will have to read the instruction manual and learn it. This is an impossible task in the mind of your customer as he’s really busy and he already has a similar software…   You might say something like this: “Now, it’s true that you’ll have to sit down for about half an hour and learn how to efficiently use the software. It will take your valuable time. But after you’ve learned to use it and notice how much faster and better it does the job, you’ll think back on your investment as one of the smartest decisions you’ve done lately”.   So… your job is to think of their possible objections and address them even before they come up. Off to the drawing board! :)   You’ve just added a powerful new covert hypnosis technique to your arsenal. It’s also used in therapy and you’ll most likely find it on the best weight loss with hypnosis CDs, stop smoking Cds and so on.   OK, enough talking. Now go and explore this technique in detail… Enjoy your study of covert hypnosis! Covert Hypnosis: Importance of Rapport

Covert hypnosis is in my opinion heavily dependent on rapport and that’s why I’ve decided to write about it some more here. If you haven’t yet listened to the third issue of my covert hypnosis newsletter, don’t worry, you will get it soon enough. If you’re not yet a subscriber, I suggest you go do that now and come back here to read the article… So… is rapport really necessary to get people to do what you want? No, of course not. In fact, Richard Bandler, co-inventor of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) says that in order to influence and persuade people, you don’t need rapport at all. He even says that rapport is overrated and that many courses on persuasion put too much emphasis on rapport. This is where I strongly believe that covert hypnosis differs from other influence and persuasion models because of the very nature of elements used in it. Many things can be done without rapport even in covert hypnosis, but the most powerful techniques are heavily dependent on rapport. Take anchoring for example… Elicitation of a proper state in a person is hard enough without rapport, but anchoring it is even harder. Sure, it is possible. In fact when you anchor one person, you usually anchor pretty much everyone that are able to see and hear you clearly. But with proper rapport, you can elicit far more states, do it faster and anchor all those states much better and faster. What is rapport anyway? Well, like I said in the newsletter, rapport basically means “increased unconscious responsiveness”. This simply means that if two people are in rapport, when one gets excited, the other one gets excited, too. They are “unconsciously linked” and they tend to synchronize not only their state of mind, but bodies too (mirroring). Don’t get rapport confused with trance, though. When people are in rapport, there is a certain degree of trance present, but if you remember from the newsletter, in trance the critical faculty of the conscious mind is suspended to some degree, which isn’t necessary in rapport! OK, so why is rapport so important? Covert hypnosis is a delicate balance of calibration and leading. Even before you use a technique, you must know what your prospect will most likely respond to and at what level of progress you are with her. After using a technique, you must always know if it “hit” or if it had no effect whatsoever. You do both things with calibration… Now… you have two choices:    1.       You can consciously be aware of all the body language cues she gives you    2.       You can simply feel her response  Without doubt, the second method is not only easier, but also much better as you can use your conscious mind to prepare for the “next three moves”. And how do you feel the response? Easy, you get in rapport with the person (= unconscious connection) and simply notice how YOU feel about it. What’s even better, the person will also unconsciously pick up your intentions and will respond even stronger! This is why anchoring works much better when you’re in rapport with a person. Their unconscious mind picks up your intent to anchor and responds accordingly while the prospect’s conscious mind doesn’t have a clue of what just happened – they just feel good about it :) So… hopefully you now see that rapport isn’t only important for the techniques to work properly, but also for you to be able to better coordinate your persuasive messages. If you learn to get in rapport with people, you’ll be much more successful with covert hypnosis. One more thing before I finish… Most beginners think that they have to establish very deep rapport with people they want to persuade. The fact is that it’s not really important. Sometimes establishing deep rapport can even be bad for persuasion. So, get used to establishing some rapport with people – just enough to get them to respond to you and to be able to easily detect what’s going on inside their mind. How can I make self-hypnosis videos?

I’ve been watching hypnosis videos in youtube.com and learnt that these type of videos are getting more videos than any other video, so I kinda thinking of making my self-hypnosis video and then upload it in Youtube.com.

People have long seemed to attempt new ways to explore and heighten their healthy sexual pleasures with their love partner. Generally, these natural curiosities had been limited to playful experimentation like varied positions, Tantric Sex (sexual yoga), and stimulating talk. Others have included increasingly risky sexual behaviors, such as unprotected sex with multiple partners, marital affairs, auto asphyxiation and illicit drug use.

Although hypnosis can often play a vital role in the treatment of a variety of therapeutic issues, ranging from impotence and premature ejaculation to marital discord and decreased libido, its recent misuse is creating new “safe sex” concerns. Even though “Erotic Hypnosis” can be used as an adventurous exploration of one’s human sexuality and pleasure, the use of any hypnosis should be limited to those properly trained in its application. The proliferation of self-hypnosis programs, however, makes it impossible to fully regulate its private use.

Secrets to Rapid Hypnosis Success

If you have experience with rapid hypnosis, you may find that hypnosis does not seem to work every time for you. Usually it can be results of unstable mental state, or confusion. Both will weaken the effect of rapid hypnosis. To enhance the effect of self hypnosis or hypnosis process, you can try brainwave entrainment program. After reading this article, you will realize the working principle of brainwave technology and how it can be applied to induction of hypnotic state (or trance state).

The Three Types of Brainwave
There are three types of brainwave found in our brain: alpha, beta and theta. Their levels vary throughout the day. In the daytime when we are wide awake, beta level is the dominant among the three. It is characterized by symptoms like alertness, emotional fluctuation, focused, heightened mental and physical performance in our body. Beta level is not desirable state for optimum brain performance, when the brain is cluttered with thoughts. Alpha level becomes dominant when we are in a fully alert, relaxed state. A high level of alpha is recorded in meditated or hypnotic state. Theta level can only be found in high levels during the dream or sleeping state.

Self Therapy Self Hypnosis- It Really Works

Hypnotism is the process a person undergoes when he or she experiences an altered state of mind, which primarily changes his or her actions, thoughts and focus on certain topics. In hypnotism, a person is being commanded by a stimulus that might as well motivate the mind to follow every command bestowed on him. Hypnotism is not as bad as black magic as the superstitious people might think. Back in the ancient times, hypnotism has been widely used for many purposes, be it for medical treatments, psychological therapies, stress relievers, enhancement of well-being and most especially self-improvement self therapy hypnotism. Many people were driven to undergo hypnosis mainly due to stress. Overall, people would turn to hypnosis due to the desire to improve their lives.

Sessions on hypnosis can be very expensive with just the fee you have to pay your therapist. However, self therapy self hypnosis has the same results as those sessions. It is just a matter of studying and researching how to carry out the procedures to hypnotize one’s self. Self therapy self hypnosis is a self-help method that poses as an alternative to costly sessions with your therapist. You can significantly improve yourself and the way you look at life with self therapy self hypnosis.  Sources for self-help procedures and manuals are available in the form of instructional videos, articles, self-help books, audio materials, and recorded instructional voices.
