Question by Ahmad and malookie: has anyone ever got cured from hypnosis for anxiety or cbt 100 percent?
i would like to do hypnosis for my panic disorder and GAD but was wondering if it would even cure it. aldo will Cognitive behavioral therapy work for me if the panic away stuff didn’t work for me . i feel hopeless please no ask your docter or phystrits. i have had this for 3 years i cant go on meds beacsue i dont want to relie on them.

i began stuttering when i was like 4, but it went away till i was like 8 or 9, and thats when life for me became traumatic cause of my moms ex and all of the anxiety and fear ive felt during that time. im 18 now and still stutter every now and then, its REALLY gone down but its still annoying. i doubt its biological cause some days i speak perfectly fine with minimal problems.
so with this information, do any of you think that it would work?

will i get relief from my GAD?ive been this way since march,maybe better now but still….on a bunch of medicatons and also doing hypnosis thearpy.
