Are there any good books on mind control ( my own) or self hypnosis/ suggestion??

   I’m not a big advocate on mind control.

   But I am a big advocate on Mindfulness !!

   Any books by “Jon Kabat-Zinn” are Most Excellent !!

   His writings and techniques are so much more successful than self – hypnosis. And I’ve tried hypnosis and self-hypnosis before.

   He is a world acclaimed Writer and Doctor.
