Hi I’m 15 and I lost my wallet with $700! in it. Ye i kno im dumb. Is there anyway to remember where I lsot it because I’ve looked everywhere. i began stuttering when i was like 4, but it went away till i was like 8 or 9, and thats when life for me became traumatic cause of my moms ex and all of the anxiety and fear ive felt during that time. im 18 now and still stutter every now and then, its REALLY gone down but its still annoying. i doubt its biological cause some days i speak perfectly fine with minimal problems.

Meditation/Visualization Experts? How can i clear my mind and use meditation to heal my body?
I’ve heard that meditation and visualization can help cure problematic things within the body. Every time i try to meditate instead of visualizing what i want i visualize what i’m afraid of and what i have. Its uncontrollable. I try to calm my mind and do a self-hypnosis if you will to clear my mind completely and visualize positively but my thoughts seem to be contradictive and sparatic even during meditation.
