I’ve got self confidence, self esteem, stress and anxiety, memory improvement and studying hypnosis mp3′s and I was wondering if they have worked for anyone ?

Recently my girlfriend has been through a diet and lost about 40 pounds. Of course she now feels better about herself and stuff. Problem is that since she has this “new body” we have been having problems making her climax. I mean even after 30 minutes still nothing.
I’m thinking she needs to get more comfortable with her body again. Should I try massages? Hypnosis?
Any advice is welcome!

Because I received unrelated and stupid answers before (I posted this question before) I will add that there was no problem with that before she lost weight.

Hypnosis cds are compact disc’s that have hypnosis inducing sounds on them that can help to put someone into a hypnotic trance. At the start of hypnotism, the hypnotist will have to get the patient in a very relaxed state, where their brain waves slow down and suggestions become more acceptable background thoughts disappear. It usually takes about 20 minutes to get a patient into this state of mind, and this is where a hypnotist commonly uses cds.

The hypnotist will use the cds to play soothing sounds like running water, crickets chirping, a calm breeze and maybe some wind chimes quietly ringing nearby. The hypnosis cds will be playing in the background while the hypnotist uses a calm voice to help the person relax, prompting them to relax certain parts of their body, moving from the head to the toes. Then, once the cds are finished and the hypnotist has finished the setup script, the patient should be in a state of consciousness where suggestions can be made to the subject and will be easily accepted and acted upon, usually because the messages will go straight to the subconscious mind. The cds make this all possible.

I think this is the biggest trash and the world and a political rumor started by the GOP. So what’s the input?

Okay. I know that I should just try to deal with it instead of trying to forget. And that if needed, I should get help from a therapist. But that’s not the question im asking. So please. Dont want to be rude, but if thats your answer, then dont even bother. My mind’s not going to be changed, and neither is my decision. All I need is a self- hypnosis script on how to forget what I mentioned in the above question. Please. That is all I ask.

Ok i ahve to ask the people who have stoped smoking not people who never smoked who think they understand.Real past smokers.I stoped smoking threw hypnoses yesterday,so far i havent wanted to smoke,no i lie i want to smoke and keep thinking of it but i dont and i havent smoked as of yet.AQll day its been stressful,trying to stop smoking then deal with people at work,i want to throw them off a train or into a train what ever works for me.Has anyone tryed anything from the health stores that works for anger and stress,not perscribed meds just herbs.Thank you so very much.I need somthing to calm me down befor i flip

I was told In New York, there are some people are good at hypnosis. they come to you, and talk to you, then they control you mind. You even give your money. This is real, or again, the newspaper published “story”

I was wondering if anyone has tried hypnosis downloads or know someone who has, i want to go ahead and do it for my fear of needles, i will soon have to have a blood test and i want to stop the stress and anxiety. So if anyone has any advice please let me know.
