Hard time attaining hypnosis state?
I’ve heard lots of stories about people doing great things with the mind and I believe it can be done – eliminating pain, attracting love, etc. So I’m not a skeptic.
However, I have tried self hypnosis from a book that good great reviews, have tried mental imagery from other people, but I just can’t get into that deep “trance” state. I can’t relax because I get an itch or a ton of off-the-wall things clouding my mind! I can’t stand this!
How can I benefit from hypnosis or even meditation, when I cannot get into a deep state of relaxation? How do I make myself get there?
