Ok. I was watching this self hypnosis video last night (Aug 06) on youtube that I stumbled upon. It was awkward, the whole point of the video was to make you relax, so I watched it on my bed on my phone. I followed the instructions like it said and soon I became in a state of trance. When the video finally told me to snap out I did, and I felt relaxed. The thing is though, I can’t seem to get out of this relaxation state. I feel very awkward, like I feel mostly lazy and I feel that I dont want to do most of the activities I usually want to do. Sure I’m relaxed, but at what cost? Something deep down inside of me tells me this isn’t natural, sort of like being brain washed, while another, larger part tells me to ignore it. Please help, I just want to stop feeling this way. The video is right here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-rV00Q_8kYk . I dont recommend you watch it with the intent of getting results

This is a serious question to those who have experience with hypnosis. I think it might be because I come out of it “too quickly”. I like to listen to these “daytime” affirmation audios after listening to some audios with binaural beats that help me relax. I think the problem might be the lack of “suggestions” or audio to slowly get me back up to alpha state. Thoughts?

Ok, so I’ve been suffering from insomnia pretty much all my life. Not really sure when it started but definitley when I was still in school. I’m in my 20′s now. I’ve tried everything, from meditation, hypnosis, even books. I don’t worry, sress or get angry. I’m totally down to earth. I will feel tired but as soon as I get into my bed and try to get cozy I wake up again?

In my opinion, understanding hypnosis mind control techniques could hike up your gross revenues and benefits instantly as you learn how to hypnotize someone instantly. Unfortunately, people are misleading others with below par information. That’s why I’m going to expose you one of the famous psychology tricks that I’ve read so that you can start using now and reap essential gains from it.
There’re many hypnosis mind control techniques or psychology tricks in reality. However if you’re looking for a simple way to make someone instantly like you or do favors for you, I’ve an answer for you. It’s by building a solid rapport. In another word, it’s called “trust”. One of the fastest ways to strongly build rapport quickly with a person is by emulating the behaviors or communication skills that a person uses. If a person use the word “striking” frequently while communicating with you, use the same words with that person. He or she will unconsciously like you more because of the similarity that both of you have. When a person has started to like you, he or she can be immediately hypnotized. That’s why you have to pay extra attention to how people speak and the words they often use so that you can sync with them well.

When most people think of hypnosis, they think of what they see on TV shows or movies. This is a hypnotist putting someone into a trance and making them look stupid. However, you need to realize that there are hundreds of different hypnosis techniques out there. Here are five different techniques you can practice.
1. Traditional hypnosis
With this type of hypnosis, direct suggestions are made to the unconscious mind. This type of hypnosis works extremely well for someone who accepts what they are told without a lot of questions. While this is what you would normally see on TV or in movies, it really has little effect on people who are critical or skeptical with their thinking processes.

My biological mother left me with her alcoholic mother when I was two weeks old. I have been adopted twice, abused in every way possible, lost my daughter, attempted suicide multiple times. I know some things happened to me, but I have blocked them out. I can’t remember what happened when, and have lost huge chunks of time out of my life. I am currently on Cymbalta, and Gabatril, and am not suicidal. I am in therapy, but I’m kind of scared to really talk about things, because I am afraid to remember what really happened. I have enormous anxiety which gives me panic attacks and insomnia. Would hypnosis help? Or should I stop seeing my therapist and leave it all buried even though it affects my every day life? Is there anyone who can help me with this issue please?

Numerous successful people today have borrowed a strategy from the medical community called conversational hypnosis. While traditionally used in a clinical setting with patients to help them sort out issues, this tactic is often used by sales executives, parents and singles to get what they want out of life – whatever that may be.

If you’re an entrepreneur, salesperson, advertiser, or business owner, understanding hypnosis mind control techniques could boost your sales and profits instantly as you learn how to hypnotize someone instantly. However in today’s world, a lot of people are writing fluff about this topic and misleading you. That’s why I’m going to reveal one of the famous psychology tricks that I’ve learned so that you can start using immediately and reap great benefits from it.
There are countless hypnosis mind control techniques or psychology tricks in the world. However if you’re looking an easy way how to hypnotize someone instantly to like you or do something for you, I’ve an answer for you. It’s by building a strong rapport. In another word, it’s called “trust”. The real secret to build rapport with someone is by matching the language or words that a person use. If a person use the word “brilliant, smart or excellent” frequently while communicating with you, use the same words with that person. He or she will unconsciously like you more because of the similarity that both of you have. Once a person has started to like or has a strong rapport with you, he or she can easily be influenced or persuaded. That’s why you have to pay extra attention to how people speak and the words they frequently use so that you can sync with them easily.
